Battling Lupus

Hi. my name is Teresa. I have been battling the disease lupus for 10 years. I have numerous chronic problems . my kidneys have been affected, my bones ache, im very weak at times. Its been a nightmare for me. I am on different types of medications which have helped me somewhat, but has affected me mentally. i suffer from depression, and anxiety. Sometimes I just dont know what to do. I feel so helpless as if nobody can help me.
